Recently, there has been much media coverage of this new federal Caller ID Spoofing bill (H.R. 1258) but while it has been approved by the house it still has to be approved by the senate and then by the president. At this time, there is NO FEDERAL LAW banning caller id spoofing or CamoCard™.

Does this make CamoCard™ legal to use?

For now and on the federal level, CamoCard™ remains legal to use.

However, some states do have local laws pertaining to caller id spoofing so before you use CamoCard™ it is your responsibility to know and understand your local laws. And please, always use CamoCard™ responsibly.
